The South Bend Area Genealogical Society Presents 18th Annual Spring Conference

The South Bend Area Genealogical Society will hold the ​2016 Spring Conference on Saturday, March 19, 2016​ at the St. Joseph County Public Library, 304 S. Main Street, South Bend, IN. Doors open at 10​:00 a.m. A​dmission is $15.00 at the door, $12.00 if you pay online. ​

This year’s Genealogy Fair features two national speakers: ​
  • Jeanne Larzalere Bloom, CG: "Lost Children: Orphans, Vagrants, Delinquents, Half-Orphans, Dependents, Surrendered, Adopted."
  • Katherine R. Willson: "Which Way Did She Go? Finding Those Elusive Maiden Names"
Exhibitors and research assistance will be available all day.

A light lunch, snacks, soft drinks, and coffee will be available for a nominal fee. Additionally, several restaurants are in close proximity. Parking is plentiful, free at the Library, surrounding parking lots, and city streets.
